President's Message
 The Mission of the Greater Warrensburg Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center is: to provide outstanding leadership and service in support of an environment that promotes business success and welcomes visitors. In continued pursuit of that Mission the Chamber board and staff have completed the first phase of a comprehensive strategic planning initiative.
The next phase will be development and deployment of specific action items in response to qualitative data such as the results of the survey many Chamber members completed several months ago. The board and I are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead of us in the next year and beyond; I'm confident that as we publicize our plans you will be excited too.
At the Board’s swearing in ceremony I pledged to always act for the good of the Chamber members and the community. By virtue of our role and representing many varied interests, the Chamber will likely make one or more decisions this year that are not fully endorsed by our Chamber community, but know that our decisions are guided by the oaths we took.
I look forward to getting to know our Chamber membership even better over the next 12 months, to leading a vibrant organization as it continues to realize its Mission and to leading a dynamic Board of professionals and staff who are certainly pace-setters in the Chamber world.
